2. I / We hereby represent and warrant that I / We am/are any Email received by or sent to Ensygloge   will remain private, and no content of it will be displayed/posted/shared in Print or Online media in any situation. Ensygloge   can take required legal action against Me / Us if found doing so.

3. I / We hereby represent and warrant that the paper is original and that I / We am/are the real author(s) of the paper, except for material that is identified as to its source, with permission notices from the copyright owners where required.

4. I / We are aware that the Ensygloge, www.ensygloge.com, is registered with National Science Library with ISSN (Online): 2583-1011

5. I / We represent that I / We have taken the consent from our University / Institution / Employer / Project Guide / Supervisor / Research Committee before publishing our article with the Ensygloge.

6. I / We represent that I / We have taken the consent from our Co Authors before publishing our article with the Ensygloge.

7. I / We confirm that we are satisfied with the Authenticity / Validity / Originality of the Ensygloge. In case of refusal of our publication by our University / Institution / Employer / Project Guide / Supervisor / Research Committee, I / We will not ask for refund or pursue any legal action against said personalities or Ensygloge, India for the same.

8. I / We fully understand the Terms and Conditions / Policies given by the Ensygloge.

9. I agree to make necessary corrections as per the directions based on the peer review evaluation as mentioned on www.ensygloge.com.

10. I / We accept that if any Copyright Infringement claim is filed and proven against my / our published article in the future, then the Ensygloge, India has complete rights to remove my / our article from the index immediately without prior notice. I / We will not ask for a refund or pursue any legal action against said personalities or the Ensygloge, India, for the same.

11. Only I / We are responsible for the impact/outcomes of this publication decision, and I / We will not ask for a refund or pursue any legal action against said personalities or Ensygloge, India for the same.

12. Ensygloge shall not take any accountability for the contents of articles published in the journal, and all such liability shall lie with the author/s.

13. The opinions expressed in the articles are exclusive of the author/s, and Ensygloge   may disagree with such opinions in part or in full. All the articles submitted for publication in Ensygloge   are peer-reviewed for genuineness, moral issues, and effectiveness.

14. The decision of the reviewers shall be held final. Authors are solely responsible for the uniqueness of the published work. Ensygloge shall advocate the highest ethical standards of scientific publications.

15. The Journal retains the copyrights of all material published in the issue. However, non-commercial reproduction of the published material in the part or total in any form is permitted with due acknowledgment of the source as ethical norms.
