Author Instructions

Authors are advised to prepare the manuscript as per the guidelines decided by Ensygloge Journal. It will help the editor to take a proper decision on time. Journal will accept new submissions throughout the year. The submitted academic papers will be evaluated and if it is found zero plagiarism, they will be taken for publication.

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

Submission Guidelines

Editorial Policies and Submission Guidelines. Form more information about the citation kindly get the Ensygloge Style Guide (Click to Download). There is no submission fee. Authors must include the following details in the articles, such as Full Name, Designation, Department, Institution, E-Mail ID, Phone Number, Profile Link if any. If the author is an independent researcher kindly metion it. Authors are highly encouraged to provide their ORCID iD to make it available in the article metadata (Optional). 

 1. Submission

Manuscripts must be written in good English and should be submitted through The Website www.ensygloge.com or e-mail: ensygloge.in@gmail.com.

Manuscripts should be submitted as a single MS-Word file including all materials. 

2. Title Page

The first page of the manuscript must contain: the full title; the affiliation and full address of all authors and the corresponding author.

3. Abstract

Author(s) will need to write abstract briefly and clearly the main aims and findings/conclusions of the work; it should provide the reader with a clear idea of what has been achieved. The length of the abstract should be within 150-250 words.

4. Abbreviations

Any word or words to be abbreviated should be written in full when first mentioned followed by the abbreviation in parenthesis.

5. Illustrations

All illustrations of any kind should be submitted as sequentially numbered figures, illustrations should be inserted in the main body of the manuscript text.

1.Tables and Supplementary Material

Data must be kept to a minimum. Tables should be numbered and headed with short titles. As with illustrations, they should insert in the main manuscript text.

7.Acknowledgements

Acknowledgements should appear at the end of the text.

8. References

References should be cited in the text in APA or Chicago or Ensygloge style

9. Footnotes

These should be numbered consecutively in the text.

10. Appendix: At the end of the paper

Submissions

  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).

  • The submission file is in Microsoft Word document file format.

  • Ensygloge Word Template is available at

  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.

  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.

  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
